From the moment we arrived, we were treated like VIPs. Upgraded to a two-bedroom apartment and given a late check-out. Acare, our assigned staff member, made us feel welcome. The Zoom bar and welcome drink were a nice touch. The hotel staff were helpful. Perfect room service and great food. The Sky Bar is amazing. Clean and spacious units. One of the best stays in Bangkok.

I had an amazing stay here. The staff at the reception, especially Miss Book, were excellently trained and provided excellent service. The lobby gentlemen were also very friendly. The rooftop bar was a nice feature, offering a great view. The room was spacious and clean, with a fantastic bed. The breakfast area was huge and the food was delicious. the hotel's location in the outskirts of the main city was convenient as it was close to the Skytrain, making it easy to get around this city.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

This hotel is a luxurious venue that met all my exclusive needs - from the chic restaurant with its mouth-watering Asian and Western cuisines to the private facilities in my spacious room. The outstanding service provided by the friendly and professional staff, coupled with the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, gave me a truly relaxing stay at this refined hotel. Cons: the only minor issue I encountered was the limited range of cocktails in the bar/lounge area. Otherwise, this hotel provided me with a perfect stay that exceeded my expectations.
